2. Guarantee Period
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. After this period, no refunds will be granted under the guarantee.

3. Completion Requirement
To qualify, you must have completed the Intro videos, the module "Human Standards", completed at least 20 moved and made a reasonable effort to apply the lessons. We can see how many videos you have completed and may request further proof of participation such as completed worksheets.

4. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with your full name, purchase details, and reason for the request. Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of approval and returned to the original payment method.

5. Exclusions
